Assistant General Manager

The AGM supports the GM as a key operational leader at Opus, helping ensure hospitality, team development, and day-to-day operations are executed with consistency, care, and intention.

Bar Lead

The Bar Lead is a skilled, service-driven bartender who takes an active role in leading the bar team during service, as well as helping to guide the program and its menu.

Server

Servers will deliver elevated, memorable dining experiences that reflect our vision and culture. Must possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and guest engagement skills.

Food Runner

Food runners play an essential role between our FOH and BOH staff, delivering a seamless guest experience by ensuring dishes are presented accurately, creatively, and with precise timing. Ideal for hospitality- and growth-minded individuals.

Back Waiter

Back Waiters play a critical support role, working closely with Servers, Sommeliers, and Management to ensure the dining room operates efficiently. This role is ideal for growth-minded individuals who are passionate about guest experience.

Host

Hosts at Opus are responsible for creating a warm, polished, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Ideal candidates are poised, detail-orientated, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.

Barback

Barbacks play a critical role in maintaining the rhythm of the bar, working closely with Bartenders to ensure an organized and polished guest experience. Ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in the behind-the-scenes details.

Fine Dining Cook

Fine Dining Cooks are essential to delivering a refined culinary experience through precise and consistent execution. Great for detail-oriented team players who thrive in fast-paced kitchens and take pride in craftsmanship, creativity, and exceptional presentation.

Prep Cook

Prep Cooks are essential to a smooth and successful kitchen through precise, organized, and consistent preparation. Ideal for dependable team players who take pride in the craft of preparation and supporting a high-level culinary experience behind the scenes.

Dishwasher

Dishwashers are critical to keeping the kitchen operating smoothly by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked dish area throughout service. Ideal for dependable individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting the team through consistency and attention to detail.
